“We just had our entire house done by your company with Coretec luxury vinyl flooring. It's unbelievably beautiful! The color, Sherwood, looks kind of like driftwood with its grays and browns. Looks great with our dark furniture and our cherry wood cabinets. It's very quiet to walk on and super easy to clean! Daniel, Donovan and Chris did a superb job installing it. Their attention to detail and precision was amazing, especially with our new baseboards. They trimmed out the tiniest corners and caulked everything perfectly. We totally feel like we got our money's worth and still can't believe this is our home! We would absolutely recommend you to anyone in the market for flooring. “I love my new COREtec flooring from Channel Islands Floorcoverings. It's light and quiet and easy to clean. A good choice for my art studio. It replaced 30-year-old carpet that had gotten more and more stained each time my cat coughed up a hairball. With the COREtec, I can just wipe up the mess without a trace. “Keith Speir at Channel Islands Flooring did a wonderful job at our home. It was a complicated job, involving two flights of stairs (one flight being “floating stairs”), as well as living room, dining area and master bedroom floors. His guys were wonderful to work with: Daniel, Randy and Rick. They couldn't have been nicer, and they couldn't have been more skilled and careful in installing our floors! Not only that, but the job was done in seven days, including moving some furniture, taking up and removing carpeting, and thorough clean-up when they finished. Keith helped us select random-width planks – a choice we are delighted with. The only drawback was that our project couldn't start as soon as we had hoped, but we think this is because Channel Islands Flooring is much in demand. No wonder! We plan to go back to Keith when we're ready to do another section of the house.”
