Porcelain, natural stone, sheet vinyl and luxury vinyl plank

This is the line that has changed most in the time we have been open. Luxury vinyl in particular now does things it simply could not a decade ago — waterproof through the whole plank, quiet underfoot, and convincing enough in wood and stone looks that people regularly mistake it for the real thing.

The archived product line also includes porcelain and natural stone for kitchens, bathrooms and entries, sheet vinyl, and linoleum. Several documented projects are luxury vinyl throughout the whole house; call or visit to confirm current ranges.

Waterproof is not one thing

Water-resistant, waterproof surface and waterproof core all mean different things. If the room is a bathroom or a laundry, ask us which one you are actually looking at.

Underfoot and underfloor

Tile and stone are cold and hard; luxury vinyl is quieter and warmer to walk on. Two of our portfolio homeowners chose it specifically because of how it sounds and feels.

Subfloor preparation

Tile and rigid-core planks both need a flat, sound subfloor. We check it before we quote, so what we tell you includes what the floor underneath actually needs.
